KZ RV’s Venture RV earned RVDA’s 2021 Quality Circle Award based on dealer satisfaction in towables.
The RVDA Quality Circle Awards are based on results from the Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey. The survey rates satisfaction with manufacturers for reliability, warranties, sales and parts.
All three RVs in the Venture line were recognized in the award.
“We are honored to receive the Quality Circle Award for all our products,” said Dave Boggs, Venture general manager. “This award represents a lot of hard work from all areas of the company, as we strive for excellence, innovation and quality.”
Marlene Snyder, vice president of sales and marketing for KZ RV, said the award showed the KZ RV team’s integrity, drive and quality.
“The award is a great honor that we will share throughout the organization,” Snyder said, “as it takes a team to achieve the results that this recognition represents.”
