Visionworks Camera Systems has selected Venture Co-Op as its RV industry representation.
For over 15 years, Visonworks has provided camera systems for agriculture, construction and forestry industries. The company is moving into the RV industry with Venture Co-Op’s help. Visionworks has a North American dealer network approaching 1,000.
According to Visionworks National Sales and Marketing Manager Erik Franks, “because our products were made for harsh environments like agriculture and construction, we are able to offer the RV industry a superior built product.”
Venture Co-Op is an independent manufacturer’s rep group specializing in the RV industry. The group consists of representatives covering most of the U.S. and Canada. Venture Co-Op works with RV dealers and distributors as well as manufacturers. The rep group already helped Visionworks expand its dealer network, adding nearly 200 new dealers in the first three quarters of 2021.
“The team at Venture Co-Op has been great to work with and we could not have expanded our presence in the RV industry so quickly without them,” Franks said.
Visionworks’ camera systems include features such as HD wireless systems that can monitor and record up to four cameras at the same time, as well as sharp night vision with up to three times the infrared LEDs of systems commonly used in the RV industry. The company cites its cameras’ static range of over 1,000 feet and a price point below its competition as competitive advantages.
Visionworks is part of a small, farming family-owned business based in Oregon called Smucker Manufacturing.
