Webinar Discusses Dealer Sales Considerations

Airstream Adventures founder Ted Davis will join Jesse Stopnitzky, Performance Brokerage Services partner, and Brad Stanek, Morgan Stanley financial advisor, to discuss what RV dealers need to know to sell their business in today’s changing environment.

The webinar will be held at 2 p.m. May 30.

The webinar will cover:

  • An overview of the current state of the RV dealership buy-sell market.
  • Key factors that can make or break a successful sale in today’s environment.
  • Resources and tools can be used to immediately to prepare a dealership for a successful sale.

Davis established Airstream Adventures in 2010. The dealership became the largest Airstream dealership group in the world, accounting for over 15% of Airstream’s worldwide sales. Davis sold the company’s six dealerships to Lithia and Driveway, a publicly traded auto dealership with 300 locations.

Stopnitzky advises on buy-sell activity for auto and RV dealerships. Family-owned Performance Brokerage Services was established over 25 years ago, helped sell 700 dealerships and has a 90% closing rate.

Stanek is a certified financial planner providing comprehensive planning to help owners become financially independent of their RV dealerships. Stanek and his team partner are strategic partners with RVDA.
