Propane Line May Crack and Leak
A propane leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the fire risk.
Potential Number of Units Affected: 95
Grand Design is recalling certain 2022-2023 Solitude and 2023 Momentum fifth wheels. Loose or missing fasteners on the refrigerator cooling unit can enable excessive movement, possibly causing the propane line to crack and leak.
Dealers will inspect the refrigerator and repair or replace it as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed Jan. 6, 2026. Owners may contact Grand Design customer service at 574-825-9679. Grand Design’s number for this recall is 910052. This recall is an expansion of NHTSA recall 24V378.

Solar Panel May Detach and Become a Road Hazard
A detached solar panel can become a road hazard for other vehicles and increase the crash risk.
Potential Number of Units Affected: 4,491
Thor Motor Coach is recalling certain 2023-2024 Twist, Dazzle, 2023 Tranquility, Sanctuary, 2022-2024 Tellaro, Sequence and 2024 Freedom Elite Van RVs. The solar panel mounting brackets may become loose or break, enabling the solar panel to detach.
The remedy is currently under development. Interim owner notification letters explaining the safety risk are expected to be mailed Jan. 5, 2026. Another notice will be sent once the remedy becomes available. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 877-855-2867. TMC’s number for this recall is RC000336.

Thor Motor Coach is recalling certain 2024 Twist, 2023-2024 Dazzle, Scope, Rize, Sequence and 2022-2024 Tellaro RVs. The adhesive securing the solar panels to the roof may fail, enabling the solar panel to detach.
The remedy is currently under development. Interim owner notification letters notifying owners of the safety risk are expected to be mailed Jan. 5, 2026. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 877-855-2867. TMC’s number for this recall RC000337.
TRIPLE E RVS
Incorrect Seat Belt Seating Capacity Listed on Weight Label
There would not be enough seat belts if more than two passengers sat in the U-lounge, increasing the risk of injury in a crash.
Potential Number of Units Affected: 7
Triple E is recalling certain 2025-2026 Unity RVs. The weight label lists a seat belt seating capacity of four passengers, but the floorplan is designed for two passengers and is equipped with two seat belts.
Triple E will mail corrected labels, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed Tuesday. Owners may contact Triple E customer service at 877-992-9906. Triple E’s number for this recall is CA No.10987-1.
