Missing Over Current Protection May Cause Fire
Unprotected wiring can increase the fire risk.
Potential Number of Units Affected: 2,033
Forest River is recalling certain 2025-2026 Forest River Aurora, Coachmen Catalina, 2026 Coachmen Viking and Coachmen Clipper RVs.
Dealers will relocate the distribution panel wire to the correct side of the breaker, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed Nov. 19. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 574-825-4995. Forest River’s number for this recall is 205-1987.
GENESIS SUPREME RV
Air Conditioner May Catch Fire
An overheated soft start device increases the fire risk.
Potential Number of Units Affected: 1
Genesis is recalling one 2024 Supreme 28IKS fifth wheel. The air conditioner’s soft start device may fail and overheat.
Genesis will work with GE Appliances to replace the soft start device, free of charge. An owner notification letter was mailed by Oct. 16. Owner may contact Genesis customer service at 951-337-0254.
JAYCO, INC.
Murphy Bed May Fall Unexpectedly
A Murphy bed that falls increases the injury or death risk.
Potential Number of Units Affected: 53
Jayco is recalling certain 2026 Heartland Bighorn and Jayco North Point fifth wheels. The Murphy bed mechanism may fail, causing the bed to fall unexpectedly.
The remedy is currently under development. No warranty claims or complaints have been registered regarding the recall. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed Dec. 5. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 800-283-8267. Jayco’s number for this recall is 9901639.
