RVDA stated New York-based Wilkins RV made a $25,000 pledge to the Mike Molino RV Learning Center. The pledge will bring the dealership’s total lifetime contribution to $58,000.

“The RV Learning Center provides an array of training and certification opportunities for fixed operations dealership personnel,” RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said. “This pledge from Brian Wilkins on behalf of Wilkins RV will help provide new online courses for parts managers and specialists who are so important to improving customer service.”

RV Learning Center online parts courses are scheduled to launch in 2022. The new courses will expand the catalog of online training for fixed operations professionals available to dealership employees.

A former RVDA board chairman, Wilkins was instrumental in launching the industry-wide effort to improve Repair Event Cycle Time, the association stated. He remains active on the association’s Board of Delegates and serves on the RV Learning Center Board of Directors.
