Winnebago’s latest update on its eRV2 pilot testing found the vehicle fleet has been tested 9,949 miles to date.

A total of 15 testers have driven the vehicles over 109 camping nights. The program launched nearly two months ago.

“Within the last couple of months, we have continued to gain valuable insight and feedback from our pilot testers,” Winnebago said, “and positive feedback from big names in the media as well.”

Winnebago cited stories from Forbes, MotorTrend, Electrek and Inside Hook for showering praise upon the eRV2 fleet.

New England RV Dealers Association (NERVDA) Executive Director Bob Zagami was among the 15 testers to get behind the wheel. He said he has not been in a quieter motorhome than the eRV2, and the vehicle drives “like a luxury sedan.”
