Brown & Brown Dealer Services (BBDS) has acquired the assets of Tire Shield.
Tire Shield, founded in 1997, provides administrative services for dealers and agents selling tire and wheel road hazard products and GAP waiver products for the RV and other industries. The Tire Shield team will join BBDS and continue to operate from Tire Shield’s offices in Las Vegas. The team will report to William Kelly, president of BBDS’ administrative services.
BBDS President Mike Neal said, “The addition of Tire Shield allows us to broaden our offerings to include GAP waiver administration services in addition to our vehicle service contract administration services. We look forward to continuing to service and grow these businesses.”
Tire Shield provides Multi Seal and tire pressure monitoring systems coverages. Multi Seal is an extreme-performance tire sealant.
