Go RVing provided a glimpse of future itineraries in its RV-2-50 initiative this week, leading up to the United States’ 250th birthday in July 2026.
Upcoming itineraries will feature St. Augustine, Florida; the Florida Keys; Philadelphia; Arkansas; and the Pacific Northwest.
RV-2-50 is a national storytelling campaign spotlighting RV travel as the quintessential way to explore the country. Go RVing said RV-2-50 is a reputation-building opportunity for the entire industry.
Go RVing said RVIA and RVDA members can get involved with the campaign in several ways.
Members can share Go RVing’s travel guides on their own channels to inspire RV road trip travel. They can pitch the shared itineraries to local and regional media contacts. They can connect with Go RVing to suggest future itinerary ideas.
To date, five itineraries have been launched. Three were announced earlier.
- RV Across America: A Long Weekend RV Trip Through America’s Past.
- RV Across America: A 250th Anniversary Six-Week Adventure.
- RV Across America: An Epic Six-Month Road Trip by RV.
Two more were released this month.
- Presidents, Parks, & Coastlines: A Four-Day RV Journey Through Long Island.
- Revolutionary Roads: A Long Weekend RV Adventure Through Boston.
