Dragonfly Energy Holdings Corp., makers of Battle Born Batteries, reported OEM net sales in the third quarter of 2025 were up 44.3% from a year earlier.
CEO Dr. Denis Phares said net sales totaled $16 million compared with $12.7 million in the third quarter of 2024, a 25.5% increase.
“We are particularly encouraged by the growing number of RV OEMs integrating our solutions as standard equipment, validating our compelling value proposition as the industry remains focused on premium offerings,” Phares said. “Our deepening RV partnerships, continued expansion into adjacent markets, and growing patent portfolio strengthen our competitive advantage and reinforce Dragonfly’s position as a commercial leader in energy storage.”
The company reported a net loss of $11.1 million, a 63% increase from the $6.8 million loss in the third quarter of 2024.
“This was a transformative quarter for Dragonfly Energy,” Phares said. “We have significantly strengthened our financial foundation through decisive capital actions while delivering strong operational results, creating a solid foundation as we continue executing our growth initiatives.”
Dragonfly Energy has completed three public offerings since July, which Phares said raised $90 million in cumulative gross proceeds. Phares said the company secured a comprehensive debt restructuring agreement.
“Together, these actions significantly reduced our outstanding debt and improved our financial position,” Phares said, “providing greater flexibility to pursue near-term strategic opportunities and long-term investments in battery technology.”
