Noovo, a Type B RV manufacturer, is investing $2.2 million in its Nevada-based business.
The investment is part of the Nevada New Markets Job Act Program. The program is a public-private partnership that attracts private investment to economically distressed parts of the state and provides low-cost capital to small businesses in those areas.
Noovo said the expansion will enhance production capabilities and create jobs at its Las Vegas-area facility and headquarters.
The company builds Type B motorhomes on Ram ProMaster and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis. Noovo was founded in 2017 by Paul Aubert, Benoit Lafond, Antoine Alberteau and Antoine Beutler.
Aubert said, “This investment marks an exciting new chapter for Noovo. With this investment, we can accelerate production, expand our team, and continue building exceptional, sustainable RVs right here in Las Vegas.”
The company said it recently completed construction on a new manufacturing facility. The company has over 100 employees and said it plans to create more than 50 new positions in the next few years.
Clark County Office of Community and Economic Development Senior Economic Development Specialist Tom Nally said the expansion will create high-quality jobs.
“This investment in Noovo highlights how Nevada and Clark County are all-in on helping accelerate business growth and the creation of new high-quality jobs,” Nally said. “As a homegrown Clark County manufacturer, Noovo’s remarkable upward trajectory reflects the wider opportunities taking shape.”
