
RV dealership management software company Integrated Dealer Systems (IDS) is holding a webinar entitled ‘Mindset Matters in F&I: You’re Leaving Millions on the Table’ on March 17.
“Most RV dealers believe their customers are ‘different.’ They’re not,” IDS said. “What’s different is how you approach F&I, and that difference is costing dealers millions.”
As front-end margins tighten, finance and insurance have become dealers’ highest-margin profit center, according to IDS.
“Dealers who treat it as a strategic revenue driver, not found income,” the company said, “are doubling their net profitability.”
