As Spring Break approaches for many Americans, RV industry professionals are preparing for the 2026 RV and camping season. Water filtration system manufacturer iSpring is now offering systems designed specifically for RV travel.

The company said its iSpring CW31-PFBV RV Water Filter System is a three-stage filter primarily designed to reduce sediment, PFAS, bacteria and viruses in water.

“Its housing and fittings are constructed for durability and are designed to maintain a secure seal during operation, supporting stable performance in mobile environments,” an iSpring spokesperson said. “The filtration unit is designed for straightforward installation at the RV water inlet, allowing water to be filtered before entering the vehicle’s plumbing system. This approach provides treated water for drinking, cooking, showering and general use within the RV.”

For road trips or temporary stays where plumbing access is limited, iSpring said its counter-top reverse osmosis systems offer a portable solution for clean drinking water.

Countertop reverse osmosis systems typically remove a broad range of contaminants through multi-stage filtration and a semi-permeable reverse osmosis membrane.

“The iSpring RCD100 and RCD100HCG are designed for easy setup without permanent installation, making them suitable for RVs,” iSpring said. “These systems deliver clean, filtered hot, cold and room-temperature water, addressing common challenges faced on the road.”

On top of providing clean water, iSpring said its filters and filtration systems could lead to reduced reliance on single-use plastic bottles.

“When travelers are able to filter water directly from available sources or local supplies, the need to purchase and transport bottled water can decrease,” the company said. “This approach can help reduce plastic waste associated with outdoor recreation and travel activities.”

Additionally, the company offers compact personal water filters with the iSpring IFS-B Outdoor Filter Straw.

The straw weighs roughly 3.5 ounces and can be attached to compatible water bottles for squeeze filtration or connected an extension hose to reach water sources that may be difficult to access directly.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control said approximately 1.1 million Americans are estimated to have gotten sick from contaminated drinking water in 2025.
