RV appliance supplier Airxcel, Inc., selected Andrew Thomas as OEM Account Manager for its Coleman-Mach and Maxxair brands.
The company said Thomas’ appointment reinforces the Airxcel’s commitment to deeper OEM collaboration, customer-driven innovation and long-term partnerships within the RV industry.
Director of OEM Sales for Coleman-Mach and Maxxair Neil Kelly said Thomas will focus on strengthening direct OEM engagement through relationship development and product presentations.
“Thomas’ addition reflects a deliberate investment in strengthening customer support and deepening our long-term OEM partnerships,” Kelly said. “His experience enhances our ability to engage directly with OEM decision-makers, capture valuable product feedback, and accelerate the adoption of new technologies.”
Thomas said he always believed the RV industry runs on relationships.
“It’s about making sure customers feel heard, supported and confident they have a true partner in their corner,” Thomas said. “When you focus on solving problems, communicating clearly and building trust over time, the results tend to follow.”
Airxcel said Thomas has a background in customer-focused sales roles and has driven product growth and increased market share through innovation, customer training and a relationship-focused approach.
“[Thomas’ appointment] reinforces our commitment to serving as a collaborative partner to our customers,” Kelly said, “not simply a component supplier.”
