Forest River, Inc. announced on Friday numerous key personnel changes including several prominent leaders.
Declaring their retirement were Doug Deter, Steve Aspy, Autumn Williams, John Reust and Cherie Koenig.
“It’s always been about doing what’s fair and making sure we’re supporting our dealers the right way,” Deter said. “When everyone is aligned and working together, that’s when we’re at our best.”
Forest River said the careers of the departing team members significantly shaped the company’s growth.
“I’ve always enjoyed working with people and being part of the growth we’ve had,” Aspy said. “We’ve started plants, moved plants and built a lot over the years, but it’s never just one person — it’s the team.”
Gary Chamberlin and Ira Mullet announced departures to pursue new opportunities.
“It’s been a great ride, and I’m proud of what we’ve built and the people behind it,” Chamberlin said. “We had a lot of fun along the way — that’s what made it special.”
The company said each individual leaves behind a legacy marked by operational excellence, steady leadership and measurable contributions to Forest River.
“I’ve always just tried to support the team however I could,” Williams said. “It’s been a great place to work, and I’ll miss the people the most.”
