LCI Industries confirmed a Bloomberg report that the supplier is in discussions with Patrick Industries regarding a potential merger.

“These discussions are ongoing,” Lippert said in a release, “and there can be no assurances that such discussions will result in a transaction or on what terms any transaction may occur.”

Lippert said the company does not intend to comment further unless and until it determines further disclosure is appropriate.

Bloomberg’s initial report Friday said the talks were about a potential all-stock transaction to combine the largest suppliers in the RV industry.

Patrick Industries has a market cap of approximately $3.6 billion. Lippert has approximately a $3 billion market cap.

Patrick Industries is in a quiet period with less than two weeks until the supplier announces its 2026 first-quarter earnings.

In 2025, Patrick Industries reported its average content per wholesale RV totaled $5,190. Lippert reported its average content per towable RV was $5,670, while its average content per wholesale motorhome was $3,993.
