RV industry supplier Blue Ox recently promoted Rick Kauer to Director of Training. The company said the promotion is in recognition of his 26 years of dedicated service to the RV industry and his exceptional contributions to dealer education, customer support and product development.
A Blue Ox spokesperson said Kauer will oversee all training activities at Blue Ox, including dealer training, internal education, new-employee onboarding, virtual sessions, tow-bar maintenance and RVTI Level 1, 2, and 3 courses.
“Besides leading these initiatives, he remains vital to new product development and enhancement projects,” a spokesperson said. “He manages a team of four trainers and acts as a key resource for fitment and application expertise across the company. His deep knowledge of Blue Ox’s steel products and electrical systems is essential to the organization’s success.”
Blue Ox CEO Mike Hesse said Kauer is known as a patient leader and trusted advisor within his team, and someone who consistently prioritizes others’ best interests.
