Robert “Smokey” White has joined the leadership team at Aims Power as its vice president of sales.

White has over four decades of experience. Aims Power said he brings industry insight and a passion for performance.

Aims Power founder Bruce de Jong said White’s track record speaks for itself.

“He is not just a seasoned executive,” de Jong said. “He is a builder, a connector and a strategist who understands the heartbeat of this industry. His experience with OE manufacturers, aftermarket channels and global product development makes him a perfect fit for our next chapter.”

White’s journey began in the garage, working at Pete’s Speed Shop in Brawley, California, to support his hot rod habit. He has worked in NAPA’s distribution center in Fresno, California, and held executive roles at Exide Batteries.

Since joining Aims Power in June, the company said White has begun shaping strategic sales initiatives, expanding product offerings and deepening relationships across the RV and other industries.

White said joining Aims Power feels like coming full circle in his career.

“I have always believed in creating customers, not just selling to them,” White said. “It is a company that values innovation, integrity and the kind of hands-on problem-solving that drives real growth.”
