Airxcel, Inc. promoted Sam Martin to director of corporate finance and Benjie Paul has been named chief financial officer. The changes took effect Aug. 1.
Martin began his career at Airxcel as manager of financial reporting and was promoted to corporate controller in 2021. During his Airxcel tenure, the company said Martin has played a key role in integrating Aqua-Hot, Cleer Vision, ECI and CAN into the Airxcel family of brands.
As director of corporate finance, Martin will lead strategic financial planning and drive fiscal innovation across Airxcel’s 17 brands.
Paul succeeds Debi Jones, who retired July 31. He has over 20 years of experience in financial leadership and has worked in the RV industry since 2015. Airxcel said Paul’s strong financial expertise and industry insight make him a valuable addition to the company’s leadership team.
