Airxcel CFO Retires After 34 Years With Company

Airxcel, Inc., Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Debi Jones is retiring, effective today.

Jones began her career with Airxcel in 1991 as the assistant controller at Coleman-Mach and grew with the company over the next two decades. Jones worked as division controller, manager of financial reporting and director of finance and human resources before Airxcel hired her in 2013 at its CFO.

Airxcel President and CEO Anthony Wollschlager said, “Debi’s vision transformed our financial architecture into a catalyst for innovation. Her leadership exemplifies a commitment to partnership—a core value that defines our brand ethos. We celebrate her legacy as she embraces her next chapter in retirement.”

The company said during Jones’ tenure she spearheaded financial strategy through pivotal acquisitions, global expansion and record growth that cemented Airxcel’s position in the RV industry.

Jones said, “It has been an honor to contribute to Airxcel’s journey, from its foundational years to becoming an industry powerhouse. The lifelong friendships forged here—with teams who are passionate about our products, unwavering in driving positive employee culture and treat innovation as a mission—are what I will cherish most.”

The company said Jones’ impact resonated industry wide. Jones plans to focus on family, travel and community initiatives post-retirement.
