Kristen LeBaron has joined Airxcel as vice president of strategic planning and implementation. She will be based in Elkhart, Indiana.
Airxcel said LeBaron will oversee a portfolio of high-impact strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results aligned with Airxcel’s vision.

LeBaron will be responsible for translating strategic objectives into actionable project plans, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with senior leadership to monitor progress and drive organizational success.
