Airxcel, Inc. has reorganized its Cleer Vision and Velarium brand leadership team.

As of Sept. 1, Jimmy Harlow will serve as general manager for Cleer Vision and Velarium. Marc Disher has been appointed product manager for both Cleer Vision and Velarium, expanding upon his tenure as sales manager for Cleer Vision. Jeff Cowan has been promoted to senior vice president of sales and engineering for Cleer Vision and Velarium.

The company said the changes harness the talent and leadership within the brands, strengthening key positions.

Airxcel President and CEO Anthony Wollschlager said, “These promotions will help Cleer Vision and Velarium lead the field through combined innovation and leadership. They reflect Airxcel’s commitment to developing internal talent, supporting dynamic growth, and serving our customers in the RV industry with expertise and efficiency.”

Harlow has been the Cleer Vision general manager since October 2023. Airxcel said he brings leadership and operational expertise to a broader portfolio.

The company said Disher brings sales acumen to his new, broader role.

Cowan, who formerly was Velarium’s business unit manager, will leverage product and industry knowledge to drive innovation and growth across multiple brands, according to the company.
