The registration window for RVIA’s 2026 Aftermarket Conference is now open. The association called the conference a great parts and accessory purchasing experience that will benefit RV supply chain members and consumers.
On the event schedule are one-on-one appointment sessions that offer attendees a first look at the latest aftermarket products and services prior to fall/winter RV shows.
The conference offers networking opportunities with colleagues from around the country. Registration for the conference includes admission to the RV Aftermarket Awards which highlight the top suppliers, distributors, reps and products of the year.
“With the latest RVIA economic impact study finding the RV aftermarket contributes 3,187 jobs, $272 million dollars in wages and over $750 million in total economic output on a yearly basis,” an RVIA spokesperson said, “the event is the perfect opportunity to develop strategies for expanding the market segment and discuss opportunities for future growth.”

- Supplier Meeting Room ($1,675): Includes access to meetings application and four-night hotel room.
- Supplier Attendee ($800 per person): Includes breakfast and lunch each day and access to meetings application.
- Distributor Purchasing Attendee ($200 per person): Includes breakfast and lunch each day and access to meetings application.
- Distributor Sales/Marketing Attendee ($200 per person): Includes breakfast and lunch each day and access to meetings application.
- Dealer: Free by invitation only. Includes breakfast and lunch each day and access to meetings application.
- Agent/Rep Attendee ($475 per person): Includes breakfast and lunch each day.
- Media/Marketing Services Attendee ($250 per person): Includes breakfast and lunch each day and access to meetings application.
- State Association Attendee ($250 per person): Includes breakfast and lunch each day and access to meetings application.
- Golf Tournament ($169 per person): Includes round of golf, free shuttle service to/from the course, light breakfast sandwich and coffee, and a lunch buffet.
The conference is open to all RVIA members and will take place at the Caribe Royale Resort in Orlando, Florida, Aug. 10-13.
An RVIA spokesperson said the resort is centrally located to experience the best of Orlando. Group rates are available until July 17.
