Training and RV experts Walter Burns V and Jeremiah Shelton will deliver a workshop during the 2023 RVDA Convention/Expo designed to help dealers drive better sales results.
Burns and Shelton’s workshop, titled “The Personality of Selling: Developing Customer IQ to Drive Better Results,” will be held from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Nov. 7.
The workshop will teach dealers different sales techniques, types of customers and how to overcome sales objections.
Burns and Shelton bring years of industry expertise and insight to this workshop, working with various RV dealers on F&I training and revenue growth.
Burns serves as the RV Brand Manager at EasyCare, an Apco Holdings brand. Shelton serves as Apco Holdings’ vice president of training and development.
The Convention/Expo will take place Nov. 6-10, 2023, at Paris Las Vegas. EasyCare, an Apco Holdings brand, will occupy booth No. 325.
