Apco Holdings Combines Brands

A redesigned EasyCare logo will decorate the Jordan Anderson Racing car No. 31 zooming around the Talladega Speedway in Lincoln, Alabama, at the NASCAR Xfinity Series AG-PRO race Saturday.

The logo’s debut appearance will mark EasyCare and National Auto Care’s merging. Both are Apco Holdings brands. National Auto Care, which Apco acquired in January 2023, will come under the EasyCare brand.

The merger combines more than 40 years of experience across both brands.

An updated EasyCare website will relaunch with the transition. The redesign serves to present a more engaging, accessible and navigable online customer experience. Along with the new logo, the rebranding will include a new color palette and brand messaging.

Apco Holdings Vice President of Marketing Jennifer Haddow said, “The new brand mark symbolizes our commitment to help consumers keep moving forward.”

The color palette represents the company’s dealer, agent and customer commitment.

Apco Holdings CEO Tony Wanderon said the fusion increases the F&I provider’s dealer support.

While the unification will present a new name for National Auto Care customers, “our core commitment to providing innovative products and exceptional support to our dealers and agents remains our No. 1 priority,” Wanderon said. “Together, our nationwide salesforce and network of independent agents are armed with even more value they can bring to dealers.”
