The RVIA is encouraging RV industry employees to “unlock their leadership skills” and build their network by joining the Emerging Leaders Coalition.
The association said the coalition’s aim is to strengthen institutional industry collaboration, competency, engagement, inclusivity and innovation.
It plans to do this by identifying, recruiting, developing, engaging and retaining emerging industry leaders and harnessing and elevating diverse emerging industry leader perspectives.
RVIA said Emerging Leaders Coalition members will receive guidance from experienced professionals and opportunities to expand their industry knowledge.
To be considered for the coalition, applicants must be employed by a supplier, OEM, campground, dealer or a company that services one or more of those segments of the RV industry.
RVIA said applicants from supplier and OEM companies must be RV Industry Association members by the start of the following calendar year.
The coalition is now accepting applications for the Class of 2027. Anyone interested can download the application form and submit it to [email protected] by June 30.
Selected applicants will be notified in the fall.
