Big Beard Battery, an off-grid lithium power solutions supplier, expanded its mobile service crew. The company added two new mobile technician teams to its event service group. Big Beard Battery also debuted Li-Berty, a fifth wheel command center to house the crew.
Brad and Jaime Von Haugg of Flow Mobile RV Services and Caleb Smith and Sandy Starr of Twin Beard RV Worx join veteran ambassadors Todd and Stephanie Henson on the Big Beard Battery mobile service crew.
With the additions, the company can provide full coverage across the U.S. Big Beard Battery said the mobile service crews attended over 20 rallies last year and have 24 events booked so far for 2026.
The company said a major highlight of its expansion is Li-Berty, a fifth wheel operating as a mobile showcase of off-grid power. Li-Berty is powered by a massive Big Beard Battery lithium battery system.
Big Beard Battery said Todd Henson is a trusted voice in RV education, consistently drawing large crowds to his sessions. According to the company, rally organizers value the mobile service crew’s practical training for their attendees.
In addition to live education, the crews provide on-site energy solution consultations, install lithium batteries and air conditioning soft starts; and full solar power installations, with planning.
Todd Henson said, “Our mission is to help RVers stay on the road longer and with fewer power worries. Rallies are the perfect place to connect, educate and show people what is possible. With our expanded team and Li-Berty, we are ready to take this to a whole new level.”
