Brinkley Asset Management (BAM), a group founded by some of the ownership team at Brinkley RV, became an investor in Wright Industries this week.

BAM called the investment “a significant, strategic investment.”

David Wright is head of Wright Industries and the former Co-CEO of Forest River, Inc. He was also the president of Forest River’s Bus and Van division for 22 years.

Brinkley Managing Partner Ryan Thwaits said the move marks a major milestone in the growing relationship between Brinkley and Wright.

“David has 20+ year track record for building world-class organizations built on discipline, culture and performance,” Thwaits said. “That history, combined with his relentless focus on quality and efficiency, makes Wright Industries a natural partner as we look to support the next generation of American specialty vehicle manufacturing.”

BAM said Wright Industries is quickly establishing itself as a dominant force poised to reshape the commercial vehicle sector.

David Wright said the investment from Thwaits and Brinkley is a strong vote of confidence from their manufacturing partner.

“The Brinkley team shares our belief that American manufacturing can — and should — lead the world through superior execution, smart capital allocation and great people,” David Wright said. “The Brinkley team’s track record in the RV and marine space is impeccable and one we hope to emulate. I am honored that they would choose to invest in our Wright Industries and I couldn’t be prouder to welcome them as significant shareholders.”

BAM said the investment underscores its strong confidence in Wright Industries and the opportunity ahead in ambulances, specialty vehicles and adjacent commercial segments.

Both organizations said they view the investment as a long-term collaboration that can leverage complementary expertise, shared values and a disciplined approach to growth.
