Camping World Holdings signed an agreement to acquire Lee’s Family Trailer in Windham, Maine, with an anticipated close in April.

The transaction will establish the company’s first Maine location. With the addition, Camping World has operating dealerships, locations under construction, acquisition agreements or pending land acquisitions in all 48 contiguous states.

States in which Camping World has not yet announced brick-and-mortar plans include Delaware, Maryland, Montana, Rhode Island, Vermont, West Virginia and Wyoming.

“It is our intention with acquisitions like this to complete our goal of operating our recreational dealer platform in all 48 contiguous states,” company CEO and Chairman Marcus Lemonis said. “This achievement not only creates more convenience for our nearly 5.5 million unique customers but sets the stage for a web centric process to sell both new and used RVs nationwide completely online.”

The new Maine facility will transition to the Camping World brand with a mid-April target opening date. It will be the first of at least two locations in the state, the company stated. The SuperCenter will include new and used RVs, outdoor accessories and RV products.
