Camping World to Acquire Wisconsin Dealer

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is set to acquire Van Boxtel RV in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The acquisition is anticipated to close in the third quarter of 2023.

With the acquisition, Camping World will increase its Wisconsin location count to seven.

Marcus Lemonis, Camping World chairman and CEO said: “Van Boxtel RV has been proudly serving Wisconsin for over 50 years. This acquisition accelerates our short-term goal to be the No. 1 RV retailer in Wisconsin.”

In addition to new and used RV sales, the company will operate over 30 service bays, a collision center, seasonal RV rentals, and a traditional Camping World Parts and Accessories store.

“We are excited to serve Green Bay with not only this location,” said Matt Wagner, Camping World chief operating officer. “but also one of our new manufacturer exclusive locations directly across the freeway.”
