Ted Davis, founder of Oregon-based Airstream Adventures Northwest, will conduct a special workshop on driving organizational growth from an RV dealer’s perspective during the 2023 RVDA Convention/Expo.
The Convention/Expo will take place Nov. 6-10 at Paris Las Vegas.
Davis’ workshop, titled “A Dealer’s Perspective on Organizational Excellence,” will run from 8:15-9:15 a.m. Nov. 7.
Davis developed a proven employee engagement philosophy focused on the idea that leadership is about inspiring those around you and not about your title. In this session, dealers will learn some core strategies Davis and his team established to build one of the largest Airstream dealer groups in the world, including:
- Five characteristics of great leaders
- Measuring and sustaining operational excellence
- Building a passionate and driven dealership culture
After a successful career in automotive retailing, Davis founded Airstream Adventures in 2010. Airstream Adventures now has locations throughout the Pacific Northwest and Northern California, serving key markets including Portland, Oregon; Seattle; Boise, Idaho; Spokane, Washington; San Francisco and Morgan Hill, California.
Lithia & Driveway, the U.S.’s largest automotive retailer, acquired Airstream Adventures in October 2022.
