Brady Fitzke will join the Derema Group on Oct. 1, representing the Central Region with responsibility for Michigan and portions of Ontario, Canada.
Fitzke will report to Matt Havlik, Central Region business manager. He will work closely with Bob Durkee and Kerry Davis to support Michigan OEM accounts.
Derema Group President Kurt Forsman said Fitzke’s background makes him a great fit.
“He understands the importance of data, but he also knows how to connect with people,” Forsman said. “That combination will serve our suppliers and customers well as he helps us continue to grow in Michigan and Ontario.”
Derema Group said Fitzke brings experience with financial analysis, inventory control and business management. He has worked in behind-the-scenes operations and customer-facing roles. The company said he is known for his attention to detail and collaborative problem-solving.
The company said Fitzke built a reputation for bridging the gap between numbers and relationships. According to the company, his skills will be invaluable as he strengthens Derema’s partnerships.
Fitzke is an avid skier, hiker and golfer.
He enjoys exploring Michigan’s lakes and forests.
