At 2023’s Elkhart Extravaganza, DRV Luxury Suites shared the newest innovations going into its 2024 models. Updates include new construction materials, fresh decor schemes, clever storage solutions, upgraded tech features and more.

Slide floors will feature a water-resistant composite subflooring, which is lighter than traditional plywood and offers superior adhesion and durability against moisture. This lightweight material also contributes to improved fuel efficiency and allows for more cargo capacity.

DRV Luxury Suites General Manager Shawn James said, “Many of our updates have been inspired by real customer feedback we have received over the last year. We are excited to share what’s gone into our 2024 models and see customers’ response to the features they have been requesting.”

Across DRV’s portfolio of models, interiors will get a makeover for 2024. A new Walnut wood tone called Toffee Grove brings a touch of nature inside the coach. RVs will include new window trim, built-in window sills and a new fascia style framing the slide outs. RV shoppers can choose from new interior fabric and flooring options.

In the living area, fresh furniture colors and styles give RV shoppers options. The furniture will include features like a new head-tilt feature on all reclining seating.

DRV kitchens will have several upgrades. New residential pull-out pantry storage solutions enable consumers to maximize every square inch of space. A new residential kitchen sink will include a Kohler faucet and a workstation that expands counters’ surface areas for easier meal prep and cooking. New lighting over the kitchen island illuminates every corner of the room.

Upgraded technological features include a standard advanced blind spot information system with the same safety features found in most new commercial vehicles. Dual, side mounted 77GHz radar and indicator lamps work together to scan adjacent lanes and indicate when there’s a vehicle in the coach’s blind spot. When a driver engages their turn signal, if there’s a vehicle in the blind spot, the indicator lights will flash rapidly to notify them that the driver it is unsafe to complete a lane change. The advanced blind spot information system provides monitoring coverage on both sides of the coach to make DRV models safer.

Consumers who enjoy playing music will love Ghost Audio, the new transducer audio system brought exclusively to DRV through a partnership with ASA Electronics. Ghost Audio is powered by Bongiovi DPS tuning software to provide impressive sound without a visible speaker.

Instead, hidden transducers attached to the back of walls transform them into a sound system that fills the entire coach with high-fidelity audio.

DRV models will feature the new Trio Airflow A/C System, which cools faster, quieter and more efficiently than other models. Trio uses a custom-designed, proprietary rotear, splice blocks, and a block in the plenum to reduce air turbulence in the system so it can reach cooler temperatures in less time. The result is energy savings, increased comfort and more even cooling.
