East to West RV, a division of Forest River, Inc., will introduce a full-time living segment to its Alta travel trailer division.
The Xtreme 365 is a 35-foot travel trailer rated for full-time living, the manufacturer said.
“This could be the beginning of a… new segment in the RV industry,” said Todd Grubb, Alta general manager.
The Xtreme 365 features a 5-inch vacuum bounded crowned roof; 3-inch laminated sidewalls with Azdel inside and out; dual-pane windows; triple-insulated floors with heated waterlines and tank heaters; and forced air and heated underbelly.
The travel trailer is built on a 101-inch-wide frame with a 96-inch interior height. The Xtreme 365 includes washer/dryer prep.

The travel trailer includes a 53-gallon freshwater tank, 30-gallon black water tank, 60-gallon grey water tank and additional 30-gallon grey tank for washing machine prep.
Standard Xtreme 365 features include a 40,000 BTU furnace, an electric fireplace with an additional 5,000 BTUs of heat and two ducted, 15,000 BTU ducted A/Cs with heat pumps.
Other standard amenities include an on-demand water heater, a 4G LTE/WiFi prepped antenna with a 40-inch smart TV, a sound bar and exterior marine grade speakers.
Inside the RV, a full-size residential appliance package includes a microwave over the range, a full-size free-standing oven and a 16.2-cubic-foot, side-by-side refrigerator with pull-out double-door freezer.
