EasyCare University will host a comprehensive 2024 fixed-operations webinar schedule for RV and automotive dealers.
Courses will dive into several service success elements. Classes are available to expert and novice service advisors.
Course topics will rotate quarterly. Among the topics are skill-building sessions such as overcoming objections and upselling, presenting a multi-point inspection, menu presentation and understanding the psychology of why people buy.
