Outdoor cooking products supplier FireDisc released a new tabletop cooker.
The new propane-powered Drifter 215 is the first completely redesigned cooktop from FireDisc since the company launched the Original 380 propane grill in 2017.
FireDisc President and CEO Griff Jaggard said consumers inspired the Drifter 215.
“Our customers, and most importantly our RV customers, wanted a super portable tabletop cooker that fit great in the basement of their RV,” Jaggard said, “and could still feed a family of four.”
The newly designed standalone cooker features a collapsible, three-legged stand. The cooker is made from high-carbon steel to distribute heat across the cooking surface evenly.
The Drifter 215 is the compact and capable little sibling of the Original 380. The Original 380 is 36 inches tall with a 21.5-inch disc diameter. The Original 380 has a 69-inch circumference and 380 square inches of cooking space.
The Drifter 215 is 14 inches tall with a 16.5-inch disc diameter. The disc circumference is 52 inches, equating to 215 square inches of cooking space.
The Drifter runs on a 16-gallon propane tank. The Drifter features the same 4-inch diameter SureFlame burner as the Original.
“If you want the ultimate most versatile portable cooker,” Jaggard said, “then FireDisc is perfect for all your camping needs.”
