Dealer-owned cooperative Priority RV Network shared multiple updates at its Fall Member Meeting at the RVDA Convention/Expo last week in Las Vegas.
The cooperative recently welcomed two multi-location dealer groups in Southern California’s Sky River RV and Dallas-Fort Worth’s Vogt RV Center. PRVN has expanded its dealer store count by 24 over the past year.
PRVN Executive Director Nicole Schantz said, “As we bring in new dealer groups, we are looking for partners who ultimately help us fulfill deeper strategic partnerships and meaningful relationships with those partners. Both Vogt and Sky River run great businesses, and we truly believe they are going to help us continue to be effective and successful in our overall network.”
Hardee McAlhaney has retired from his role as the cooperative’s financial advisor. McAlhaney served PRVN for over a decade.
PRVN President Mike Regan of Crestview RV Center said McAlhaney played a central role in supporting PRVN’s financial structure.
“PRVN’s board and membership are deeply grateful to Hardee for his long-standing dedication,” Regan said. “His steady expertise and counsel helped shape the strong financial foundation the network stands on today. We wish him well as he steps into this next chapter with his family.”
CBIZ Managing Director Jane Saxton will take over PRVN’s financial advisor role.
The network said Saxon brings extensive experience working with RV dealerships, including several PRVN members.
Schantz said she is happy to see what Saxton and her team’s creativity will bring to the cooperative.
“I am excited for Jane and her team to join our group,” she said, “and provide us new creative and meaningful ways to grow our successes within the network.”
