The North American Trailer Dealers Association (NATDA) 2025 Trailer Show has officially sold out of exhibition space. NATDA said although the main expo hall is sold out, limited alternative exhibiting and sponsorship opportunities may still be available.
The event, which returns to Nashville’s Music City Center Aug. 26-28, will feature expanded programming and a surge of new exhibitors.
NATDA Executive Director Andria Gibbon said, “We have expanded the show floor into the lobby, added more than 50 new exhibitors and are seeing record-breaking registrations from dealerships across North America and Canada. The energy and demand this year have been extraordinary.”
More than 300 exhibitors will showcase the trailers, truck beds, parts, accessories, dealership software and financial and marketing services to trailer dealership professionals.
The NATDA Trailer Show will present educational and training sessions, including Tow Talks. Nearly 40 expert speakers, panelists and trainers will lead sessions, with a special focus on technology and innovation to address the evolving needs of trailer dealerships.
NATDA said technical training sessions have been expanded to accommodate twice as many participants. Hands-on and viewing-only options will be available, giving dealerships the opportunity to send entire service teams.
Gibbon said, “NATDA is also seeing a record number of new member applications this year from those eager to connect and stay ahead of the curve. The popularity of the Innovation Showcase, now in its second year, is a clear sign that attendees are hungry for the newest tools, tech and ideas shaping the future of the trailer industry.”
The event kicks off with a full day of education and networking Aug. 26, followed by two days of expo and show floor engagement.
