Expion360 Inc., a lithium iron phosphate battery power storage company, reported second-quarter 2025 net sales of $3 million. The sales are up 134% from second-quarter 2024 sales.

The second quarter of 2025 is the sixth consecutive quarter of sales growth.

Gross profits in the second quarter of 2025 increased 91% compared with the same period in 2024.

The company said the net sales increase was attributable to RV market growth, along with accessory sales growth.

Expion 360 CEO and Interim CFO Brian Schaffner said, “The second quarter of 2025 was highlighted by two of the most successful sales months in our history, providing exceptional sales growth and momentum.”

The impact of tariffs on the company’s gross margins was offset in part by previous efforts. Schaffner said the company added six to 12 months of inventory before the new tariffs were introduced, reducing battery costs.

“We are also seeking to improve margins by diversifying our supply chain,” he said, “and have already transitioned certain products to U.S.-based manufacturers.”
