F&I Leader Discusses Department Competence

Myril Shaw, chief operating officer of Dealer Profit Services, will lead a workshop on using a well-known behavioral model in psychology to improve F&I performance.

The sessions will be part of the F&I track at the 2021 RV Dealers Convention/Expo.

The convention/expo will take place Nov. 8-12, 2021, at Paris Las Vegas.

The workshop, titled “From Meh to Magnifique – Driving F&I Performance Excellence and Continual Improvement by Achieving Unconscious Competence,” will take place from 4:30-5:30 p.m. Nov. 11.

The session will show attendees how to lead their F&I departments to continuous levels of improved competence.

Learning objectives for the session include:

  • A full understanding of the key metrics used to accurately measure F&I performance.
  • The steps required to implement and measure a continual improvement process.
  • Knowledge of the performance targets required for F&I excellence.

The RVDA Convention/Expo Committee is working to provide a variety of workshops and networking events that will aid dealers in building on an expanding market and interest in RVs and RV travel. The convention/expo is sponsored by RVDA, the National RV Dealers Association, RVDA of Canada, and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center.
