Firefly Integrations will conduct six-hour Firefly Training Academy sessions around the U.S. this summer.
Trainings will be conducted in Colorado, Georgia, Florida and Texas. Attendees who complete the course earn RV Technical Institute (RVTI) Level 3 continuing education credits.
Karl Smith, Firefly Training Academy instructor, said the technicians coming through the training sessions are already working on the equipment.
Smith said, “This training gives them the diagnostic process to get to the right answer faster, which means fewer callbacks and fewer escalations.”
Smith said technicians gain the diagnostic skills to work through real system issues on modern coaches.
Registration is open, although seats are limited.
