RVDA will educate attendees at NTP-Stag’s 2025 Expo in Aurora, Colorado, next week.
RVDA Director of Partnerships Patrick Calpin and RV Learning Center Fixed Operations Consultant Tony Yerman will conduct a fixed-operations training and certification workshop at the event at 4 p.m. Jan. 20.
During the session, Calpin and Yerman will instruct attendees on how fixed-operations online courses and certification can assist parts and service teams in managing new and returning consumers.
Participants will learn how to:
- Efficiently manage the parts and service departments to improve repair event cycle time (RECT).
- Organize parts and service management workflows.
- Deal effectively with difficult consumers and improve consumer satisfaction.
- Improve employee retention through professional development and recognition.
Additionally, the session will provide information on the RV Learning Center’s fifth online course for service managers, expected later in the year. The course accompanies training courses for service writers/advisors, parts specialists, parts managers and warranty administrators.
The NTP-Stag Expo kicks off Sunday and will conclude Jan. 21 at the Gaylord of the Rockies.
