Two weeks after Lazydays RV finalized the sale of its dealership locations to Campers Inn RV, one of Lazydays’ top executives found a new role in the industry.
Former Lazydays Chief Operations Officer Amber Dillard was announced as General RV Center’s new sales director. She began her General RV career Tuesday.
The company said Dillard will help shape strategic sales and market share initiatives.
Dillard has over 13 years of experience in different sections of the RV industry. General RV Center President Chris Davis said Dillard’s operational and financial experience gives her a unique skill set.
Davis said, “That is a perfect complement to help us achieve our goals moving forward.”
Dillard will be based out of General RV’s store in Dover, Florida.
“I am excited to join a team that is laser-focused on elevating the customer experience and expanding our market presence nationwide,” Dillard said. “I look forward to helping drive that momentum and building on the success already underway.”
Dillard has overseen RV teams in accounting, supply chain, vehicle purchasing, inventory management and dealership operations. In 2017, she was part of the RVIA’s 40 Under 40 Award inaugural class.
