Genesis Products Inc., a manufacturer of RV interior components, hired Joel Eberlein as vice president, RV product.
According to the company, Eberlein’s experience in manufacturing, product development and strategic leadership brings a forward-thinking approach to his new role.
Eberlein was a general manager and vice president of Winnebago Towables for five years. He spent six years as a general manager at Heartland RV before joining Winnebago.
Genesis Products President and CEO Jon Wenger said, “Joel’s leadership will be instrumental in evolving our services and product offerings to meet the changing needs of the RV market. We believe Joel will enhance our existing teams by bringing fresh perspective and collaborative energy to accelerate innovation and strengthen customer value.”
Genesis said he led product line expansions, streamlined operations and built industry partnerships. The company said his hands-on leadership style and deep industry insight make him uniquely positioned to guide the Genesis RV product division.
Eberlein said, “Genesis has a reputation for innovation, integrity and putting the customer first. I am excited to be part of a team that is shaping the future of the RV industry, and I look forward to helping drive value for both our partners and end users.”
Eberlein will be responsible for growing and developing composite components, decorative surfaces and countertop product lines.
