Genesis Products Inc. will have a familiar face as its new leader of its decorative surfaces team.

Erin Curtis has been the company’s vice president of marketing and development for nearly four years. She has been appointed vice president of decorative surfaces, expanding her responsibilities alongside her current role.

Curtis takes over for Phyllis Beyers, who departs after a decade with Genesis Products. The company said Beyers played a meaningful role in advancing decorative surface offerings and building strong partnerships with customers and suppliers.

Genesis Products CEO Jon Wenger said, “We are grateful for Phyllis’s many contributions and wish her continued success.”

The company said Curtis brings a depth of experience to her new role, including expertise in product strategy, trend leadership and strength in customer engagement. Curtis will lead efforts to elevate design, quality and performance across Genesis Products’ decorative surfaces portfolio.

Joel Eberlein, who was hired as the vice president of RV product in August, will oversee RV cabinet doors and components and passage doors in addition to countertops and composite products.

Genesis said Eberlein will drive product direction, category excellence and operational alignment for the strategic product lines. The company said his background in product management, operational optimization and industry innovation positions him well to lead these teams.

Nic Bontrager will continue as product manager, reporting to Eberlein. Bontrager will support the cabinet doors and components teams with a focus on execution, product development and customer support.

“These organizational updates reflect our commitment to building strong, focused leadership in each of our core categories,” Wenger said. “Erin’s expanded role and Joel’s leadership in our door and components business strengthen our ability to innovate, support customers and pursue growth with clarity and confidence.”
