The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has issued the following recalls:

PREVOST CAR (US) INC.

Obstructed Sensor May Cause Unexpected Braking

A driver assist system that does not function properly may engage the brakes unexpectedly or fail to engage the brakes as intended, increasing the crash risk.

Potential Number of Units Affected: 183

Prevost is recalling certain 2024 H3-45 and 2022-2024 H3-45 VIP motorcoaches equipped with Prevost Driver Assist. The radar sensor may be obstructed by an incorrect front bumper trim panel, causing the driver assist system to not function properly.

Prevost will inspect and replace the front bumper panel as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed Jan. 24, 2024. Owners may contact Prevost customer service at 1-866-870-2046. Prevost’s number for this recall is SR23-43.

TIFFIN MOTORHOMES, INC.

Incorrect Propane Line Fitting May Cause Fire

A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the fire risk.

Potential Number of Units Affected: 7

Tiffin is recalling certain 2024 Allegro Open Road and Allegro Bay motorhomes. The 32-inch hard line LPG hose fitting may not fit correctly, which can cause a fuel leak.

Dealers will replace the 32-inch hose with a 40-inch hose, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed Jan. 28, 2024. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. The Tiffin’s recall number is 23V804.
