Grand Design RV hosted its inaugural motorized Grand Design University (GDU) event in South Bend, Indiana.
The company said over 100 dealer partners from across the country attended the training experience. The event focused on Lineage motorized product training.
Grand Design Lineage General Manager Tommy Hall said the event marked a milestone in the company’s commitment to dealer education, product excellence and community building.
“This was not just a training; it was a full-circle experience,” Hall said. “We brought our dealers into the heart of our motorized team, giving them access to the people, processes and purpose behind every coach we build. The energy, engagement and excitement were incredible.”
Hall said attendees spent two days diving into the Grand Design brand, learning directly from leadership, suppliers and product experts.
Grand Design said event highlights included hands-on product education covering how its motorized coaches are built and function. Supplier-led sessions offered insights into key components and technologies. Grand Design leaders provided updates on brand vision, innovation and plans.
The manufacturer said GDU also included vendor meetups to strengthen relationships and share best practices.
