RVIA last week honored Grand Design RV President and CEO Don Clark.

The association gave Clark the National Education Service Award on June 3. The award celebrates Clark’s dedication and contributions to RV industry educational advancement.

“It has never been about the accolades;” Clark said, “it is about equipping the next generation with the skills and knowledge to elevate our entire industry.”

Clark was a founding member of the RV Technical Institute. He enriched the organization’s learning programs with resources such as teaching aids and equipment.

He emphasized training and certification importance through recruitment and training event involvement.

He said, “Our work is far from over.”

According to Clark, the industry must continue to innovate and adapt education programs to accommodate industry needs.
