Heartland RV continues to develop as it settles into 2024. On Feb. 5, Heartland promoted Anthony Roberts to the director of quality control for Heartland RV, Cruiser RV and DRV.

Roberts served as Heartland RV’s senior director of service and warranty for 13 years. In his role, Roberts oversaw both retail and dealer customer service teams in addition to warranty teams in retail and service sectors.

Heartland RV, Cruiser RV and DRV President Kyle Kwasny said, “Our confidence in Anthony’s leadership is matched by our investment in the future of manufacturing excellence.”

In his new role, Roberts will lead the quality control department to align with Heartland’s mission to achieve product and customer satisfaction, reliability and quality. Roberts will also collaborate with Kwasny.

“With a dedication to refining our processes, we continually elevate the standard of our products without compromising on quality,” Kwasny said. “The result is products that are proven, smarter and simpler for campers.”
