Icon Technologies has opened its Preferred Dealer Partner Program to its Founders Club members. The first 100 dealerships that secured advance registration can now access the program’s training suite and digital resources.

Icon Business Development Director Mike Franz said the company is delivering on its promise to members in February.

“Our Founders Club members now have the keys to the platform,” Franz said. “The training is live, the academy is open, and the tools are ready to help these dealerships transform their parts and service departments into high-performing profit centers.”

The company said the launch moves Icon beyond a premier supplier to becoming a dedicated partner in dealership growth and sales education.

Founders Club members have access to Icon’s sales process training, a curriculum to transition parts and service employees from transactional order-takers to trusted advisors. Members can review Icon’s Product Academy, containing modules covering exterior protection, interior systems, holding tank solutions, and Icon’s fiberglass expansion line.

Members can access a centralized ordering hub and priority contact information for Icon’s product advisors. They also receive discounted display packages, including this season’s Skylight replacement planogram, a “Don’t be that RV Owner” display initiative and more.

Icon said the Preferred Dealer Partner Program helps dealerships challenged by used RV margin compression and a need for better reconditioning processes.

Marketing Manager Jordan Martindale said, “This is not just a product manual; it is a growth strategy. We have spent the last few months refining this content to ensure it is actionable.”

Founders Club members will receive their login credentials and onboarding instructions via email. Dealers who missed the original Founders Club deadline can access a final “Open Enrollment” window over the next two weeks to secure their spot in the Preferred Dealer Partner Program.

Interested dealers can register online before the enrollment window closes.
